Mission Bay Community Info
Mission Bay is home to one of San Francisco’s newest neighborhoods. Along with it’s past remnants of shipping yards, warehouses, and factories, this area was given birth to a whole new vibe come 1988 when the City sought to start with redevelopments here. Since then, Mission Bay has become where you will find the new UCSF Research Campus, the first new branch of the San Francisco Public Library, as well as the main terminus for Caltrain and the Third St. Light Rail Project.
Real Estate development in Mission Bay has been going through a slow growing cycle. You will find some of the city’s biggest Condominium Developments, High-rise apartments complexes, townhomes along Mission Creek, and some modern loft condos.
